Mark E. Engelberg, Founder and CEO
As a serial entrepreneur and experienced CEO, Mark understands what businesses need to succeed in today's competitive environment. With over 25 years in the high-tech industry, Mark has founded and operated several companies. Prior to founding TimeLinx in 2004, Mark founded and operated Compulan Sales Information Systems, the oldest independent CRM provider in the US where he was directly involved in the design and deployment of over 500 CRM projects. Before that, in 1975, Mark followed his passion for fast cars and founded SpeedMark Limited, an importer and distributor of German and Italian sports car accessories. He successfully sold the company in 1987 to focus on growing and expanding the Compulan business.
Mark is a frequent contributor and speaker for various industry events and blogs and is widely regarded for his visionary approach to developing cutting edge applications and system designs for growing businesses.

Paul Floyd, President & COO
As president and chief operating officer of TimeLinx Software, Inc. Paul is responsible for managing both the daily operations of the company as well as supporting the continued development of TimeLinx products and services.
Prior to joining TimeLinx, Paul served as chief operating officer for iBasis, an innovative startup and the first provider of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) global communications services with revenues exceeding over $1.2 billion. During the 10 years at iBasis, Paul was involved in several acquisitions as well as the successful purchase of iBasis by KPN Global Carrier Service. Prior to his work in launching iBasis, Paul spent 10 years with venture-owned Paradyne, a spinoff ATT company focused on the DSL broadband access market space. Paul was instrumental in Paradyne’s success which led to an IPO in 1999.
He has both a Bachelors and Masters of Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Adrienne Locke, Director of Marketing
As director of marketing for TimeLinx, Adrienne develops and executes the marketing plans and initiatives for TimeLinx including working with our partners around the globe to develop and cultivate opportunities. Her twelve plus years of experience as a marketing professional have helped her craft and execute strategic campaigns for IT and professional service companies and include leveraging public relations, SEO, and web 2.0 technologies.
