Project Manager: This license
permits full functionality for all TimeLinx features. Enter Time and Expenses for yourself or others. View, create, and
edit Projects and create and edit all associated Project data including Tasks, Rates, Team, Milestones, Roles, Resources, Finance, Accounting Integration, etc. . All actual functional permissions are defined and set by a TimeLinx Administrator (which also requires this license). Requires a SalesLogix license: |

Timekeeper: Allows only Time & Expense entry including from SLX Tickets.
Users may also use the Task Manager to view and maintain their Tasks assigned to them. Timekeepers do not have the ability to use any other TimeLinx functions and cannot view Project details. Requires a SalesLogix license: |

Websheet: Enables real-time Time & Expense entry via a web browser for SalesLogix LAN users in a weekly spredsheet format. The TimeLinx Websheet is included in TimeLinx for SalesLogix Web, and is an extra option for TimeLinx for SalesLogix LAN. Each user requires a SalesLogix license. |

Websheet Add-on: The WebSheet
Add-on license is a lower cost option of the WebSheet license for users with an
existing Project Manager or Timekeeper license. Each user requires a SalesLogix license. |

AdminEntry: Permits recording of Time and Expenses for users who are not otherwise licensed to use SalesLogix. Time/expenses are entered by a Project Manager-licensed user (with appropriate permissions), not the actual
time/expense person. One license is needed for each individual for which time/expenses need to be recorded. Commonly used with sub-contractors but also fine for other infrequent users. These are available in 5-user paks and the user name does not require a SalesLogix license: |

Expense
Entry: This license is for Sales or other users not working with Projects or time. Allows entry of Expenses tied to an Account or SLX sales
Opportunity. These users do not
have the ability to enter time or use any other TimeLinx functions and cannot view any Project-related information. Requires a SalesLogix license: |

TLX Mobile for SalesLogix: Allows Time and Expense entry exclusively through a mobile device (smartphone
or tablet). This option is ideal
for field users that will submit Time & Expenses remotely and never log

All data is read and written back to the SLX database in real time, using real-time data from SLX, as well as all user settings and utilizes the full rules of the Revenue Optimization Engine. WebCalendar: This add-on browser-based Module works with both SalesLogix Web and LAN v7.5.4 and later. Allows Project Managers to view, schedule and allocate workers in a monthly view for Projects and Tasks based on SLX Territories, TimeLinx Skills TimeLinx Departments and other filters from anywhere in the world without logging into SalesLogix. Entries go directly into the SalesLogix Calendar and into MS Outlook using the SLX Outlook integration functions. Allows all TimeLinx users users to easily review their work schedules and assignments. Licensing is based on the total number of licensed TimeLinx user names listed above. This is not a time-entry module.
