The TimeLinx WebCalendar™

With TimeLinx WebCalendar, users can rapidly check on their work schedules and assignments, and project managers can schedule work onto the Sage SalesLogix calendar for Projects and Tasks from anywhere in the world.  WebCalendar, accessed via a web brower, does not require a direct user interface into Sage SalesLogix. 

• Assign Resources based on reporting relationships, Skills, Project Teams, TimeLinx Teams, Departments, Locations or other criteria. 
• View TimeLinx users’ availability and capacity for each day in a monthly view.  Just drag-and-drop Tasks from the Projects list onto the Calendar date to schedule work needed.

The WebCalendar works in real-time with Sage SalesLogix LAN, Web and Cloud, and fully supports disconnected Remote users so that all work scheduled from either Sage SalesLogix or the TimeLinx WebCalendar shows up instantly in all views.

Through Windows Mobile, Outlook integration and the TimeLinx KnowledgeSync AlertPak, users are kept in the loop at all times with no chance of miscommunication or missed appointments.
