QuoteWerks is specialized (CPQ) software used in every industry for creating sales quotes and proposals. Rather than using Microsoft® Word® or Excel® to create your quotes and proposals, you can benefit from a tool that is purpose-built for the task of creating quotes and proposals.

QuoteWerks fits into your existing software environment. It works with the software that you store your customer information in like ACT!, ACT! for Web, Autotask, ConnectWise, GoldMine, Google Contacts, Infor CRM (SalesLogix), Maximizer, MS Dynamics CRM, Outlook, Outlook BCM, Sage CRM, salesforce.com, and SugarCRM eliminating the need to re-type customer information. QuoteWerks also has its own built-in contact database.

You can easily import your product information into QuoteWerks. QuoteWerks can link to product database sources like external databases, Excel spreadsheets, or text files. You can also just enter product information directly into the quote. Products stored in QuickBooks or Sage 50 – US Edition (Peachtree) can be quoted directly with QuoteWerks.

Bi-Directional  Synchronization of Infor CRM and QuoteWerks

Taking advantage of all that QuoteWerks has to offer with full Infor CRM Opportunity functionality. QuoteLinx  enables Infor CRM or Sage CRM and TimeLinx PSA users to create even the most elaborate quotations from inside Infor CRM or Sage CRM using QuoteWerks.  Products, services, and expenses can all be included. Standard Infor CRM or Sage CRM workflow and line item functionality remains while adding sophisticated quoting capabilities.

With the addition of TimeLinx PSA and the TimeLinx Accounting Platform (TAP), service work can be delivered, approved, and invoiced with bi-directional synchronization to Infor ION, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage X3, and Intuit QuickBooks®.

Features include:

  • Line item details are seamlessly passed into the Infor CRM or Sage CRM opportunity.
  • Item costs are also tracked and passed back to the Opportunity to calculate profitability.
  • Users can create multiple revisions of a quote within a single opportunity.
  • Converting a quote revision into the active quote is easily achieved with a right click of the mouse.
  • Easy to install with minimal configuration.

Requires Infor CRM (Saleslogix) versions 7.5.0 or higher and/or TimeLinx PSA version 7.2.0 or higher. Requires the Corporate edition of QuoteWerks 4.5 or greater.
