Boating is a very popular summer activity enjoyed by many regardless whether it is being privately owned or chartered. Modern watercraft are very safe, reliable and coast guard requirements mandate various safety equipment to ensure the well-being of passengers and crew but sometimes things just do not go as planned. Recently two brothers were fishing a few miles off the coast of Brielle, New Jersey and heard screaming coming from the water. They maneuvered their boat in the direction of the voices and were surprised to see four people panicking in the water while their boat was sinking.
