Most people are familiar with defensive driving tactics and keep their eyes on the road, two hands on the wheel and continuously scanning for accidents, sudden stops, debris etc to avoid an accident but sometimes things just do not go as planned. Recently, the city of Seattle was hit with heavy rain and winds and no one could foresee that the storm would knock down 26 telephone poles along a major street.
