This time of the year inclement weather, including heavy snow, high winds and ice are the norm and make for very difficult travel conditions. Transportation departments do all that they can to try and keep roads safe but sometimes things just do not go as planned. When a recent winter storm hit central Ohio, snow plows were dispatched to try and clear the freeways, unfortunately in this situation things went from bad to worse.
