  • CRM Software Market to Reach $181.9 Billion by 2030 – Research firm Global Industry Analysts valued the worldwide market for CRM software at $72.7 billion last year and projects it to reach $181.9 billion by 2030, growing at a compound annual rate 12.1 percent.
