North Andover, MA, January 31, 2022 — Sage Africa and Middle East, a leading provider of business management software, and TimeLinx Software, publishers of the TimeLinx Project and Service Management solution, have expanded their distribution agreement to cover the entire region. The original agreement, reached in 2016, was limited to 11 countries in the Middle East. With this expanded partnership, Sage TimeLinx offerings and project field service capabilities will now be available in more countries throughout the Middle East and Africa. By broadening the coverage, both companies aim to serve Sage CRM clients across multiple industries, leveraging their business management expertise to benefit private sector clients and beyond.
“TimeLinx is pleased to expand our footprint across the region while strengthening our partnership with Sage,” said Jeffrey Gregorec, Executive Vice President and General Manager of TimeLinx Software. “This updated agreement will leverage Sage’s distribution experience, regional market knowledge and large customer base while providing best-in-class project and service management solutions for most service-related industries.” This partnership will also promote TimeLinx Sage solutions, enabling the Middle East provider community to benefit from integrated project service management that streamlines tasks and supports exceptional customer service.
Through Sage, TimeLinx will be available in over 50 countries in Africa and the 18 countries that make up the Middle East. The agreement is expected to benefit Sage clients in the region, as TimeLinx delivers project management and streamlines the delivery of professional services. This arrangement supports existing customer requirements by managing time, expenses, costs and profits within one system, helping both emerging and established enterprises optimize project service and better address the diverse needs of countries in the Middle East and Africa.

“In the Middle East and Africa, the project and service management (PSM) market is expected to post a CAGR of 13.9 percent through 2028, driven by the growing adoption rate among small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which represent the majority of private sector companies. Sage AME’s extensive understanding of regional markets will help promote TimeLinx for Sage to its expanding client base,” Mark added. This expansion underscores the potential for TimeLinx offerings to thrive among businesses in Africa and the Middle East, as TimeLinx joins forces with Sage to serve both existing and new clients with comprehensive regional coverage.
