TimeLinx Software’s Service Management product line is now available with enhanced service management solutions for Infor CRM, the newly rebranded and re-engineered SalesLogix System. TimeLinx for Infor CRM will integrate with the Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION) for seamless integration of service revenue and cost data into various Infor ERP products and modules.
With TimeLinx, Infor CRM customers can manage all client relationship and project-related information, within a single web-based and mobile system. The functionality offered by TimeLinx includes full project and task management, capacity planning and scheduling functions, plus revenue and cost calculations that provide immediate work profitability analysis.
