Letter to Clients and Partners – Looking Ahead : Q2 2021

As we kick-off Q2 2021, we know many of our clients and partners remain challenged by the global pandemic.  Our thoughts continue to go out to all that remain impacted by COVID while at the same time find inspiration by the strength and tenacity we hear from stories shared with us by our customers as they adapt and press on.

Despite the pandemic, we’re proud to report that TimeLinx recorded the most successful quarter on record in Q1 2021 while also making great progress towards the launch of the multi-platform/agnostic version of TimeLinx PSM. We launched updated versions of the TimeLinx Gannt Chart, Capacity Planner, Web Calendar as well as the Digital Forms Creator. In addition to the enhancements to existing modules, we also introduced a brand new module for Pre-Sales Labor Tracking. Second only to financial results, the most exciting announcement for TimeLinx in Q1 was being recognized and added to the Sage Global Marketplace . These are all important achievements in alignment with our company’s mission to be the best company to work for, the best company to partner with and the best company to buy from in the PSM industry but we still have much work to do.

As we move forward in Q2 2021, we’re excited to power our customers with existing and new technology offerings. The timeline in our product road-map is to have the full featured disconnected mobile client generally available by the end of Q2 and the multi-platform agnostic version of TimeLinx PSM by the end of Q3. These two major releases will be supported by aggressive communication and marketing campaigns. We are looking forward to executing on our plans over the next 90 -180 days and bringing these new and innovative world class technology solutions to our clients and partners.

In the meantime, we can use your help by  continuing to share your thoughts, suggestions and product request with our team . Although we are full steam ahead, our success depends greatly on feedback from our clients and partners so please keep it coming. Living and working through the pandemic in 2020 has taught us much and we’ve adapted our practices and updated them for a remote-first world. We’re more focused than ever on delivering on our commitments and exceeding expectations. Your success is ours!
